Site specific solar production estimations – Solar Monitoring will complete a site specific estimation of your solar production utilising statistics from the Bureau of Meteorology and then provide you with benchmark performance outcomes using local data from all systems in your region
Weekly reporting of system errors via monitoring – If your system is connected to the internet, we will receive alerts and advise you of any issues that may have occurred
Annual solar performance reports – Using regional data captured from all solar systems, we will calculate your solar system’s performance and compare against others in the region, in order to provide recommendations and solutions to keep your system at optimal performance
Automated booking system in place to ensure regular reporting takes place
Full audit of your entire system – We check your entire system and ensure it is performing at optimal capacity – if not, we make recommendations to correct this. We take time to ensure that your system is safe and eliminate any unforeseen issues that may arise
Inspection and roof report – Whilst on site we offer the ability to check your rooftop solar hot water system, if applicable, check your gutters, and all things roof related.
Smoke detector and safety switch check – As qualified electricians, we have the knowledge and capacity to check your smoke detectors and replace client-provided batteries on the day of inspection, as well as confirming that electrical circuits in the house are safe and safety switches trip in the regulated time frame. These services are fully incorporated into the costing of the package
Guarantee of solar production – Solar Monitoring and Servicing will guarantee 80% efficiency of your system relative to the site specific calculation completed for your site. This is conditional on your system being connected to the grid. If your system does not meet this requirement, Solar Monitoring and Servicing will give you one free of system monitoring and servicing to counteract any losses.
Full solar (PV) panel cleaning for up to 24 solar panels on the roof ! Additional panels at cost of $10 per panel. Double-storey homes are excluded and need to be negotiated with Solar Monitoring and Servicing.
